Human resources (HR)

The Human recourses department has several responsibilities. The department is responsible for  our HR-policy and the implementation hereof. Besides the department gives advice and support to supervisors and employees on diverse HR-instruments, HR-policy and other HR matters. You can think of the following:

  • Recruitment
  • Appraisal and remuneration
  • Training and development
  • Absenteeism
  • Working conditions

Current themes are workforce planning and leadership development. The department employs HR consultants and (administrative) HR staff.

PR & Communications

The PR & Communications department is responsible for all of our communications and activities both internally and externally.

The work of PR & Communications is diverse. These include:

  • Developing and implementing internal and external communication
  • Public Information
  • Development of communication
  • Social media management
  • Content management for websites and the intranet
  • Communication with the press and media
  • Communication Advice

Our international character makes our communication in both Dutch and English.
